Using the service

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.

Products and availability

We work to display product descriptions, colours, measurements and photographs accurately. Screen settings and production variations can cause reasonable differences. Size guidance is informational; review the measurements before ordering.

Products, quantities, promotions and prices can change without notice. We may limit or discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an affected order and refund amounts paid.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after we confirm it and, for prepaid orders, successfully verify payment. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock or production issues, pricing errors, delivery restrictions or other legitimate reasons.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are presented before the order is placed. Online payment details are handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout.

Review the order carefully before submitting it. Contact us immediately about a cancellation or address correction; changes may not be possible after production or fulfilment begins.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our reasonable control. Shipping, title to goods, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Intellectual property

The RaveAffairs name, visual identity, product artwork, photographs, copy, graphics and website design are owned by RaveAffairs or used with permission. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or exploited without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

If you send reviews, photographs or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to operate, improve and promote RaveAffairs, subject to applicable privacy law.

Third-party services

The website can rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, hosting, production, delivery and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, RaveAffairs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Chhattisgarh, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other rights available under applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, our practices or legal requirements. Material changes apply from the date stated on the updated page and do not remove rights already accrued under an accepted order.
