Shipping policy
We ship RaveAffairs orders across serviceable pincodes in India. This policy explains fulfilment, tracking and delivery expectations.
Order processing
Many RaveAffairs products are made to order. The estimated dispatch window shown on the product or checkout page begins after payment or COD confirmation.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or in separate parcels. We will send tracking details when each parcel is handed to the courier.
Shipping charges and delivery
Standard shipping is free across serviceable Indian pincodes unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, high-volume drops, weather, courier disruptions and remote locations can extend transit times.
Address changes and delivery issues
Email us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order has entered production or been handed to a courier, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if a parcel appears stuck, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the courier.
