Refund policy

Return eligibility

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Email us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. If the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and destination.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect the order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Personalised, custom-made, worn, washed or altered products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Gift cards and items explicitly marked final sale are also not returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another size or product is to request a return. After the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item. Exchanges remain subject to stock availability.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers can take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund, contact us so we can investigate.
