Service providers and disclosures

We share only the information reasonably needed for a service provider to perform its work. Providers may include Cloudflare for website hosting, database and media storage; production and fulfilment partners; courier partners for delivery; and Razorpay or another payment provider when online payments are enabled.

Payment credentials such as full card or UPI details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored in the RaveAffairs database. We may retain payment references, status and transaction identifiers needed to reconcile an order.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies, security and retention

We use cookies and similar storage necessary for login, cart, security and site functionality. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be used only as permitted by applicable law and the choices made available on the website.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Transactional order and security messages may still be sent when necessary.

Children and policy changes

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age permitted to independently use online commerce services in their jurisdiction.
